Welcome to the complete Swedish course. This intro is about one minute long, so I hope you stick around as we explain the most important things to consider. You're going to learn how to form your own sentences, understand the core of the Swedish language, and learn how to express yourself in the present, the past, and the future, and everything in between. We're going to focus on learning the structure of the language, as well as using the shared vocabulary that Swedish has with English, seeing as both languages share a lot of words and sentence structure.

Learning a language is a process. It requires repetition, repetition, repetition. If you find yourself forgetting a word, that's completely fine. We're not focusing on raw memorization, but instead on immersion, repetition, and active participation. You'll notice that the more we repeat a word, the easier it will be to permanently remember its meaning. Also, you'll be continuously be asked questions.

It is important that you try to answer these questions yourself without looking at the reference material. If you need more time, you can always pause or simply replay the lessons again. If you prefer to simply listen to the lessons, that is fine, as the course has been designed to work by simply listening to the material. Thank you for joining, and see you on the other side of this course.
