Study as much as you like: there is no cap on lessons, word lookups or the size of your library. The membership is for one learner, and the features that call on AI have daily ceilings a normal study day never comes near. They are there so that one account can't be scripted or shared at scale, and if you ever reach one, the app tells you and it lifts again the next day.
The free 7-day trial has the same tools at lower daily limits, and doesn't open the paid lessons.

- How much does it cost?
- $295 a year. The first 1,000 members pay a founding price of $195 a year instead. Prices include VAT, and there is one plan: yearly.
- Do founding members keep the $195 price?
- Yes. Your membership renews every year at the price you joined at, for as long as you stay a member. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at the price shown on the pricing page then.
- How does renewal work?
- The membership renews automatically once a year until you cancel, which you can do anytime in Settings. We email you a few days before each renewal. If you cancel, everything stays open until the year you paid for ends; then you're back on the free plan, with Season 1 and the words you saved.
- What if Lingolib is not for me?
- The membership has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask for a refund within 30 days and you get the full amount back, and the membership is cancelled so you are never charged again.
- What do I get on the free plan?
- All 49 lessons of Complete Swedish Season 1, the full Alphabet course, the first three lessons of every other course, a set of curated Swedish videos, and a taste of the word tools: 3 word lookups a day and a 10-word library. When you confirm your email you also get 7 days of the membership tools (AI tutor, speaking practice, Watch for any video, dubbing) free, with lower daily limits and no card. The trial does not open the paid lessons. Afterwards you keep the free plan, and nothing is charged.
- Do I need to finish Season 1 before starting Season 2?
- Season 2 continues directly from Season 1 and assumes the grammar and vocabulary it covered, so yes, Season 1 first is the intended order. The Alphabet and Literature courses can be taken at any point that suits your level.
- How long is each lesson?
- Lessons are built around a single rule and are meant to be watched, spoken along with, and quizzed in one sitting, so most are short enough to fit into a break rather than a long session.
- Does this work on a phone?
- Yes. The transcript, library, quizzes, and speaking practice all work in a phone browser, so you can study on the move as well as at a desk.
