Partner terms
  • Commission is 20% of what the buyer pays for their first membership payment, after the discount and before tax. One commission per buyer.
  • A sale is yours when the buyer uses your code, or signs up within 60 days of clicking your link (and accepts cookies). A code beats a link.
  • Commission is held for 30 days; refunded or disputed sales are not paid. We pay by PayPal, usually once a month, in US dollars. You handle your own taxes.
  • No paid ads on the Lingolib name, no coupon sites, no spam, no buying with your own code, and no claims we can't back (e.g. "official", "pass guaranteed"). Say that you earn a commission where your platform requires it.
  • We can change these terms or end a partnership; commission already earned is still paid.
